CLINIC PRICES (includes one on one consultation with doctor, body composition, %body fat, history and physical exam, food journal, nutritional plan, exercise prescription, and behavioral coaching)
o Individual Prices
(1) 1st visit $300 1 hour
(2) Follow up visit $150 ½ hour
o Monthly Package $600(save $150), includes 1st visit and up to 3 clinic visits for ½ hour
o Quarterly Package $1500 (save $450), includes 1st visit, up to 4 clinic visits a month, ½ hour
VIRTUAL PRICES (phone consult with doctor, dietary history, nutritional plan, exercise prescription, behavioral coaching)
$300 a month includes meal replacements and weekly phone coaching
*Medications require a history, physical, ekg and monthly clinic visits
**call must be scheduled, all monthly and quarterly packages must be prepaid

o Personal Clinic Visit - $300 initial, $150 flu, $75 telephone (meal replacements and medications additional) - Best results Achieved
o Hybrid - $275 plus one on one coaching, prices vary (medications additional)
o Group - $275/month - includes meal replacements, virtual program, corporate email, limited phone coaching support, and support groups.
